Corporate Associate Attorney (4–6 Years)
Location: Boston, MA
Compensation: $310,000–$390,000 + Bonus
Direct Counsel represents an AmLaw firm seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join its Corporate & Securities practice. This team advises innovative companies across technology and life sciences on sophisticated corporate transactions and business matters.
Responsibilities
- Advise private companies on general corporate matters
- Support and manage venture financing transactions
- Handle private equity transactions
- Assist with private company mergers and acquisitions
- Work collaboratively with clients and internal teams on strategic business initiatives
Qualifications
- J.D. with strong academic credentials
- 4–6 years of corporate transactional experience in one or more of the following:
- Venture financings
- Private equity
- General corporate representation of private companies
- Private company mergers & acquisitions
- Strong communication, drafting, and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
