Business Analyst - SharePoint
Location: Chelsea, MA Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $45-$55/hr
Job Summary: Seeking a SharePoint Business Analyst to document business requirements and support migration of shared network files to SharePoint Online and OneDrive.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Analyze network drives, security groups, permissions, and applications.
</li>
<li>
Conduct interviews and document workflows and requirements.
</li>
<li>
Develop use cases, process models, inventories, and design documents.
</li>
<li>
Support SharePoint architecture, security models, and governance.
</li>
<li>
Coordinate requirements reviews and project meetings.
</li>
<li>
Document user stories and tasks in Jira.
</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>
5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
</li>
<li>
At least 2 years of enterprise SharePoint experience.
</li>
<li>
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online.
</li>
<li>
Experience migrating shared network files to SharePoint.
</li>
<li>
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
</li>
<li>
Proficiency in Visio, PowerPoint, and Jira.
</li>
<li>
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
