Industrial Maintenance Technician
Charlestown, MA | $30–$40/hr + OT | Full-Time 2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm

Join a nationwide industry leader in recycling and waste solutions. We’re looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to keep our plant equipment—conveyors, balers, shredders, compactors, sorters—running safely and efficiently.
Pay & Schedule: $30–$40/hr depending on experience (Class C–A levels); Mon–Fri, with OT opportunities.
2nd Shift: 2:30pm – 10:30pm (Average 50 hrs./week with OT & holiday pay)
What You’ll Do:

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Conveyors, Shredders, Balers, Compactors, and Sorters—the equipment that keeps our operation moving.

Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations

Work mainly in the facility on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Keep equipment safe, reliable, and production-ready
What We’re Looking For:
· A minimum of 5 or more years of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic repair.

Flexible, team-oriented problem solver who values safety.

Welding, hydraulic, or forklift skills are not required – but all are valuable and a definite plus (no certs required; MA Hoisting License can be earned on the job)
