Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant

Location: Milford, MA (On-Site, 5 Days Per Week)

Responsibilities

  • Process customer and vendor paperwork, including titles and registrations.
  • Review documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
  • Enter and maintain information within company systems and databases.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email to gather information and provide updates.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Work closely with departments across the organization to ensure transactions move smoothly from start to finish.
  • Maintain organized records and files for reporting and operational purposes.
  • Help resolve issues and discrepancies while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship, campus leadership, customer service, administrative, retail, hospitality, or office experience.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with data entry, documentation review, or customer support environments.
  • Interest in developing a long-term career in sales operations, business administration, or customer support.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
