What You'll Do

• Lead audit engagements for life sciences clients, including biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related companies
• Manage engagements from planning through completion while ensuring exceptional client service
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams and Boards
• Review financial statements and technical accounting matters
• Mentor and develop managers, seniors, and staff
• Collaborate with Partners to continue growing one of the firm's premier industry practices

What We're Looking For

• CPA required
• 8+ years of public accounting audit experience
• Strong experience serving life sciences clients
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
• Excellent technical, communication, and project management abilities
