Role:
To assist the Branch Manager and to oversee the loan activities of the Branch; help to ensure the Branch meets financial, operational, service, and growth plans.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Assists in maintaining and developing a qualified staff sufficient to meet the needs of the members.- Assists to develop a Sales Culture to promote all TCU products and services and financial planning offered through TFG, LLC.- Focus on Teller/FSR/Lending Procedures, TCU's Service Standards, Staff Development, Support, Mentoring and Coaching.- Proficient in all duties of a Branch Manager and capable of running the office in the Manager's absence.- Develop into an FSR, servicing members as needed.
- Keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the branch.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge and Skills:
ExperienceThree (3) to five (5) years of similar or related experience
Experience in a leadership role preferred
Lending and/or Mortgage experience preferred
Education(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
