WGI MRO Services, an FAA Part 145 Repair Station specializing in commercial and military aircraft engine components, is seeking an experienced Inspection Supervisor to lead our MRO Inspection team.
\n
\n
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an inspection professional who enjoys developing people, solving problems, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

What You’ll Do

- Lead daily inspection activities and prioritize work to meet production and customer demands.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using precision measuring equipment.
- Interpret blueprints, GD&T, repair instructions, and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering to maintain workflow and meet turnaround goals.
- Train and develop inspectors while monitoring team performance and productivity.
- Ensure accurate inspection records, regulatory compliance, and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
\n
- \n
- Experience in aerospace or precision manufacturing inspection.
- Strong skills in dimensional inspection, blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement.
- Leadership or lead inspector experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Aerospace MRO, FAA Part 145, or aircraft engine component experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with AS9110, FAA requirements, or aerospace quality systems is a plus.
