We are looking for a Senior Client Service Representative to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position (Contract to hire) offering an excellent opportunity to utilize your expertise in fund accounting and client relations while working in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction by delivering timely and accurate resolutions to inquiries and preparing detailed financial reports.
Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, offering accurate solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Calculate daily Net Asset Values (NAVs) and prepare month-end and year-end financial reports
• Generate and distribute various internal and external reports to support business operations
• Utilize internal systems and technology solutions to manage client servicing deliverables efficiently
• Investigate and resolve accounting-related issues or discrepancies on a daily basis
• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client concerns
• Apply analytical skills to evaluate data workflows, numeric information, and organizational processes
• Maintain a strong understanding of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, derivative investments, and emerging markets
• Leverage tools such as Microsoft Excel, Bloomberg, and Reuters to optimize reporting and analysis
• Ensure adherence to deadlines and accuracy in all deliverables
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in fund accounting or a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg and Reuters
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of corporate actions, equity, fixed income, derivative investments, and emerging markets
• Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
• Experience with technology solutions and systems relevant to client service operations
