We're looking for a Cultivation Technician 1 to join our Flower Team within the Cultivation department. This is a full-time, first-shift position, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM starting at $19/hr. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Cultivation Technician 1, you will support the cultivation department by performing essential tasks that keep the operation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include cleaning and resetting grow rooms to maintain organized, production-ready environments; preparing grow spaces by laying out pots and materials for transplant; transplanting and tagging plants for accurate tracking; performing cloning tasks such as cutting 45&degree; clones, plugging trays, and irrigating new clones; maintaining mother plant canopies; and supporting plant health through routine pathogen screening. You will also assist with irrigation and fertigation, fill nutrient stock tanks, process plant waste, and apply biological control agents and pesticides, all while adhering to company and state policies. Daily room checks and plant health assessments will be a key part of your role, and you'll report any signs of pests, diseases, or health issues to your supervisors. Keeping your workspace clean, sanitized, and organized is vital, as is reporting any faulty equipment to the team.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

While prior cannabis experience isn't required, strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures are essential. This role involves working in hot, humid conditions and performing physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and safely using ladders.
