The position is on-site at our North Hampton, NH office. Our office overlooks the runway at Hampton Airfield, so we get to watch airplanes while we work. Remote work is available for candidates with relevant experience who are not local. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the aviation insurance industry by servicing a book of personal and commercial lines accounts. You’ll support clients with policy changes, midterm requests, and renewals while helping us uphold our reputation for outstanding service.
Our agency is licensed in all 50 states and has the capacity to write international business.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and service a book of personal and commercial lines accounts (including Aircraft Hull & Liability, General Liability, Commercial Property, etc.).
· Maintain strong client relationships while moving accounts through the renewal process in a timely manner.
· Request and process midterm changes such as certificates and policy updates.
· Use quoting software to obtain quotes for current and prospective clients.
· Accurately present accounts to underwriters for consideration of renewal and new business quotes.
· Uphold our reputation for providing timely, responsive, and excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications:
· 1+ years of insurance or aviation experience
· Positive, client-focused attitude
· Strong communication skills
· Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree
· 3+ years of insurance experience
· Experience with AMS360 and Microsoft Office Products
· Knowledge of or interest in the aviation industry
· Active P&C Insurance License (a strong plus)
