Join a high-precision fabrication team where craftsmanship and technology meet. Your mission: translate drawings and models into flawless formed parts using advanced Trumpf systems, from tooling setup through final inspection.
How you'll contribute
- Own the full bending workflow—programming, setup, and operation—on Trumpf CNC press brakes.
- Leverage modern Trumpf controls and software interfaces to streamline production.
- Choose, install, and align the correct Trumpf tooling for each bend sequence to maintain tight tolerances.
- Turn blueprints and 3D models into process plans, determining bend order and allowances.
- Validate accuracy with first-article inspections using precision calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
Tools and tech you'll use
- Trumpf control panels and interfaces tailored to efficient bend programming.
- Optional experience with Touchpoint, BendMaster automation, or Boost offline programming—highly valued.
Experience and capabilities
- Two to three years operating CNC press brakes; direct Trumpf background preferred.
- Strong blueprint literacy and skill in calculating/adjusting bend allowances.
- Comfortable optimizing parameters within Trumpf ecosystems to achieve repeatable quality.
Physical/work environment
- Handle sheet metal safely and maintain productivity while standing throughout the shift.
