Key Responsibilities\n

- Assess and diagnose patients using clinical tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, to form individualized care plans that respect diverse cultural backgrounds and unique patient needs.
- Monitor patient progress continually and apply interventions that promote mental well-being, education, and coping strategies tailored to individual diagnoses.
- Maintain accurate and timely treatment records, reports, and clinical information using current electronic health record technology, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to design comprehensive treatment plans focused on desired patient outcomes while addressing safety and symptom management.
- Facilitate referrals and act as a liaison between patients and various treatment providers to ensure seamless support throughout their care journeys.
- Engage in educational activities, mentoring students, interns, and volunteers to foster a culture of learning and development.
- Contribute to peer reviews and clinical collaborations to enhance the growth and skills of team members as directed by your clinical supervisor.

Compensation and Benefits\n
The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer a signing bonus to qualified candidates, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
