Job Description

Schulte Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates, Order Pickers, and Shipping/Receiving professionals for busy, growing companies on the North Shore.

These are hands-on positions in fast-paced warehouse and distribution environments offering stable, long-term employment opportunities.

Location: Peabody, MA | Full-Time | Immediate Openings
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hr, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–3:00 AM

What You’ll Do

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Build pallets and shrink-wrap products
Process orders and print shipping labels using FedEx, UPS, DHL, or similar systems
Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
Use RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as needed
Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe

Requirements

Previous warehouse or material handling experience required
Forklift experience is a must; reach truck experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Basic computer and RF scanning skills
Strong work history with dependable attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must be able to complete required background and/or drug screening
