Job Description

SoBol Beverly is currently seeking team members to join our growing team. SoBol provides the community delicious acai bowls and fruit smoothies in a fun, upbeat café with a beachy vibe. At SoBol, team members will craft our awesome bowls and smoothies, keep the café clean and stocked, and help customers order and pay for their selections. Evening and weekend availability is required. Strong work ethic and positive mindset are a must! Must be 18 or older.

Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Makes acai bowls
Blends smoothies and bowl blends
Cuts and preps fruit
Works on the cash register
Engages with and helps customers
Ensures the neatness, cleanliness, and orderliness of the café.
Presents a clean-cut, neat, and professional image.
Exhibits proper hygiene and sanitary habits
Maintains a friendly, courteous, and cheerful demeanor.
A strong work ethic and a positive mindset are required

Hardworking

Reliable
Friendly and outgoing
Great communication skills
Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 30 pounds
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
Evening and weekend availability required
