Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Lead and oversee accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information.
  • \n

  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen financial controls, including expense management and internal accounting procedures.
  • \n

  • Prepare and reconcile monthly financial statements, subledgers, and balance sheet accounts.
  • \n

  • Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure accounting policies and procedures are properly documented and consistently applied.
  • \n

  • Support payroll processes, including time reporting, account reconciliation, and related internal controls.
  • \n

  • Oversee billing, collections, and credit functions to promote accuracy, efficiency, and strong cash management.
  • \n

  • Develop, prepare, and analyze monthly and quarterly financial and operational performance metrics.
  • \n

  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to provide financial insight and support sound business decisions.
  • \n

  • Coordinate with external auditors and support compliance with applicable regulatory, financial, and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • \n

  • 5–10 years of progressive financial management experience with strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
  • \n

  • Experience with ERP systems required; Global Shop Solutions experience is a plus.
  • \n

  • Manufacturing, R&D, and product development experience strongly preferred.
  • \n

  • Cost accounting and government contracting experience, including familiarity with DCAA/DCMA audits, is a plus.
  • \n

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, sound business judgment, and strong analytical capabilities.
  • \n

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • \n

  • Executive presence and the ability to build relationships and influence decisions at all levels of the organization.
  • \n

  • High integrity, strong work ethic, creativity, and the ability to make timely, well-informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • \n

Base salary $120,000-$140,000
