Responsibilities
- Gathering and moving materials to and from the production line.
- Gathering finished products and ensuring quality.
- Continuous training and understanding of the manufacturing process.
- Monitoring machine operations.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Experience working a 2nd or 3rd shift.
- Ability to be a team player with strong collaboration skills.
- High School Diploma.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working off a work order.
- Experience in any type of industrial environment.
- Machine operating experience can lead to higher pay rates and positions.

Work Environment
The position is available for 2nd shift (3:00 pm - 11:00 pm) and 3rd shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am), with respective differentials. The environment is collaborative, working in groups of 3-4 experienced individuals. Compensation varies based on position and shift, with utility helper base at $17.53, and assistant operator base at $19.52, with higher rates for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holyoke, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.93 - $19.53/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
