The role offers a mix of onsite and hybrid work arrangements after the initial training period.
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls promptly and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
• Provide accurate information related to billing, services, and account management.
• Utilize CRM tools to document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
• Assist customers in navigating company processes and policies.
• Identify potential challenges and escalate them to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Support emergency operations during storm shifts or other urgent situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and detail-oriented approach.
• Adapt to hybrid work schedules, including onsite and remote work as needed.• Proficiency in using CRM software for managing customer interactions.
• Strong knowledge of billing practices and procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls in a customer service role.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer support in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping.
• Flexibility to work adjusted hours during emergencies, such as storm shifts.
• Experience in utilities or infrastructure industries is a plus.
