Job Description
2-5+ years of related work experience in a financial services business environment.

- A desire to learn about investment functions and identify opportunities for improvements through technology.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Working knowledge of Mendix, Python, and SQL.
- Some understanding of investments front office.
- Some knowledge of investments, including bonds and derivatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production support issues across risk and investments systems.
- Monitor applications and system health, respond to alerts, and address outages.
- Investigate and resolve technical errors.
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues and incidents.
- Document processes and procedures related to production support tasks.
- Collaborate with IT partners to automate and simplify software delivery processes.
- Support users with the internal development platform and tools.
- Maintain business systems and interface applications.
