CNC Machinist II

Location: Franklin, MA

Pay Rate: $36/hour

Available Shifts:

Monday thru Friday 6AM – 2:30PM
Monday thru Friday 3:30PM - 12AM

Seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines to produce precision medical device components. The ideal candidate can interpret blueprints, edit CNC programs, inspect finished parts, and maintain high standards of quality in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

3–5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and operation.
Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and/or Swiss-style machines.
Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical specifications.
Experience editing CNC programs and adjusting machining processes.
Proficiency with precision measuring tools and dimensional inspection.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Computer skills and ability to maintain accurate production records.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience.
Familiarity with FDA, GMP, ISO 13485, or ISO 9001 standards.
Experience machining stainless steel, nitinol, nickel alloys, or other exotic materials.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and preventive maintenance
