Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ emotional and psychological states, utilizing standardized and evidence-based tools to identify areas for growth and therapeutic intervention.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals and outlining actionable steps to promote healing and personal development.
- Deliver therapy through individual, couples, and family sessions, focusing on a variety of issues, including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, state laws, and organizational policies, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide culturally responsive care, respecting clients' diverse backgrounds, identities and tailoring approaches to meet their unique needs.
- Engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies.

Qualifications\n

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required for this role.
- Possession of a valid Vermont State License (LICSW), with the capability to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
