This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing client partnerships, and building a high-performing team. Responsibilities:

- Lead and grow the Permanent Accounting & Finance division, driving revenue, placements, and market expansion
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase client acquisition, account growth, and long-term partnerships
- Build, coach, and manage a team of recruiters and/or sales professionals
- Oversee full-cycle permanent placement strategy, ensuring strong client and candidate experiences
- Drive team performance through production goals, KPIs, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while generating new business opportunities
- Partner with leadership on division strategy, forecasting, hiring plans, and operational initiatives

Qualifications:
