Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or quality environment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Experience with inspection tools and measurement systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials and finished products
- Conduct measurement and testing using tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM (if applicable)
- Record and analyze quality data to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement
- Support investigation of non-conforming materials and assist with root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (CAPA)
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and control plans
