We are hiring multiple **Test Technicians & Assembly Technicians

** to support a growing manufacturing operation in Marlborough, MA. These roles are ideal for hands-on candidates with mechanical, electrical, or production equipment experience who enjoy working in a structured, quality-driven environment.

Available Positions, Shifts & Pay:

Assembly Technicians – 10 Openings

  • 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $20.00 – $22.00/hr (4 openings)
  • 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $22.00 – $24.20/hr (6 openings)

Test Technicians – 6 Openings

  • 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM): $22.00 – $24.00/hr (2 openings)
  • 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM): $24.20 – $26.40/hr (4 openings)

Position Overview

These positions support the assembly, testing, calibration, inspection, and repair of electro-mechanical products and production equipment. Team members will work from written procedures, drawings, schematics, and specifications while maintaining strict quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities (Role-Dependent)

  • Assemble electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and system-level hardware
  • Test, inspect, and document products during and after assembly
  • Test, calibrate, and repair production machines and electronic subassemblies
  • Read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, schematics, and blueprints
  • Accurately complete production records and documentation
  • Use hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque tools, crimpers, and soldering irons
  • Use inspection tools (calipers, indicators) and electrical test equipment (multimeters)
  • Support packaging and reconditioned hardware activities when required
  • Meet quality, efficiency, and safety standards in a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Participate in audits, safety initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts
  • Provide training support as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, or technical roles preferred
  • Ability to follow written procedures and technical documentation
  • Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment is a plus
