Job Title: Accounting Manager - NetSuite Implementation
Location: Hybrid work schedule, South Boston, MA
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
\n CFS has partnered with a mission-driven nonprofit organization in seeking a Accounting Manager-level consultant to support day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in the organization's transition from Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) to NetSuite.
Responsibilities

- Manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Prepare financial reports and support annual audits.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Serve as a finance lead during the Great Plains to NetSuite implementation.
- Support data migration, testing, process improvements, and user training.
- Partner with finance, IT, and implementation consultants to ensure a successful ERP transition.

Qualifications\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience supporting or leading a NetSuite implementation. Great Plains to NetSuite implementation is a huge plus.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
- Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
