Talent Acquisition Coordinator
We are currently seeking candidates for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator opportunity with a highly successful Investment Management firm located in Boston, MA. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the full recruitment process by managing key coordination and administrative activities, including candidate communications, scheduling virtual and in-person interviews across multiple time zones, collecting interview feedback, maintaining accurate recruiting records, coordinating domestic and international travel, assisting with recruiting events, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of administrative experience supporting talent acquisition, recruiting, or HR functions, along with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n

\n This is a 4-month contract opportunity, paying between $30-$45/hour (depending on experience).\n
Responsibilities: \n

- Handle logistical coordination for potential candidates, firm hiring needs, and general staffing activities.
- Perform candidate outreach and correspondence.
- Schedule candidate interviews (virtual and in-person). Coordinate between multiple time zones.
- Update and maintain position tracking reports for current candidates and requisition status.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international), and handle guest travel authorizations and reimbursements as needed.
- Partner with external vendors, ensuring clear and productive communication.
- Communicate with candidates and retrieve interview feedback. Maintain detailed records of candidate communication and feedback.
- Update and maintain multiple spreadsheets, databases, and information logs.
- Oversee logistical coordination for events, scheduling catering, booking venues, coordinating invitations, managing attendee lists, and collaborating with marketing.
- Leverage external platforms and tools to promote the firm’s career opportunities.
- Assist with new hire onboarding and logistics (background checks, compliance, general onboarding, welcome, and equipment set-up).
- Support the firm’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in day-to-day operations and recruitment activities.
- Contribute to special projects and department initiatives. Provide additional support as needed.

Qualifications: \n

- Bachelor’s degree (Required).
- 3+ years of talent acquisition coordination or HR administration experience, ideally within financial services.
- Experience handling candidate correspondence, scheduling interviews (in-person and virtual), navigating multiple time zones, maintaining detailed candidate records, and ensuring positive candidate experience.
- Previous experience assisting with event coordination and logistics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook for scheduling.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and needs in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Experience working closely with various internal and external parties to support staffing activities.
