Rotti’s Power Equipment is seeking an experienced Small Engine Technician to join our team at our Worcester, MA location. We are a busy, established shop specializing in the repair and maintenance of outdoor power equipment.

Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, and repair small engines, including 4-stroke and 2-stroke equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, generators, and other power equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and fuel system issues
- Communicate clearly with customers and staff about repair needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with both 4-stroke and 2-stroke small engines
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills required
- Must have own tools
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic
- Previous shop or dealer experience preferred but not required
