We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe/Mill Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC Lathe/Mill machines to perform precision machining operations. You will work with blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure the highest quality of machined parts. Our candidates should be ready to interview and start as soon as possible. This is a first shift position.
Pay: $20-33/hr, Monday - Friday, with overtime available. The pay will be determined based on years of experience as a CNC Machinist.Responsibilities
- Set up and productively operate CNC Lathe/Mill machines to perform precision machining operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations.
- Select and install cutting tools, adjust machine settings, and monitor the machining process to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment.
Essential Skills
- Experience as a CNC Machinist.
- Proficient in basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
- Ability to assemble, disassemble, and troubleshoot machinery.
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and precision measuring instruments.

Work Environment
You will be working in a machine shop environment. The shift is from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
