Duties
• Conduct outside sales activities to identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base.
• Utilize CRM software
• Maximize coverage and sales growth across designated regions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals that meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that support lead generation efforts.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Engage in inside sales activities when necessary, including follow-up calls and schedule walk-through appointments
Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B and B2C sales.
• Expertise in, lead generation, and direct sales techniques such as cold calling.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer service mindset to foster long-term relationships.
• Effective communication skills for engaging clients via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies that support sales growth and brand positioning.
