Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Taunton, MA. This role involves shipping, receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and operating warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently or as part of a team. - Receive and put away inbound products to designated locations
- Pick and stage orders accurately for shipment
- Operate manual and powered equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
- Sort and organize stock on shelves, racks, or bins
- Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to operate forklifts or powered equipment (certification a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
