Job Description

The Willey's Store in Greensboro, VT is looking for several customer service associates to join us. We are located on 7 Breezy Ave in the heart of Greensboro across from Caspian Lake. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. We have openings in the front end, clothing, hardware, and grocery.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and make them feel at home
Answer any questions the customers may have
Assist Customers in preparing their orders
Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

Friendly attitude even when dealing with difficult moments
Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
Ability to problem solve quickly any concerns customers may have
Good communication skills with customers

The shifts will vary depending on our needs and yours. Must have a flexible schedule, be available for one weekend day, and closing shifts.
