Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for both individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based practices to assess and address emotional and psychological challenges.

• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the distinct needs of each client, regularly reviewing and adjusting these plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records in compliance with ethical standards and regulations while ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in the state of Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
