Location: White River Junction, VT (near Lebanon, NH, Hanover, NH, Claremont, NH, and Hartford, VT)

Compensation (Paid Weekly)
\n
Non-CDL: $56,160 annually + customer tips
CDL: $61,160 annually + customer tips
\n $2,500 Sign-On Bonus (paid per company policy)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM start

Responsibilities: \n
Key Responsibilities
\n
Safely operate a company vehicle (CDL or non-CDL) following DOT and company safety standards
\n Deliver products to residential, commercial, and retail customers using a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV)
\n Load, unload, and transport products safely and efficiently
\n Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships
\n Sell and upsell products and services to grow route revenue
\n Process payments, maintain account information, and complete delivery documentation
\n Perform basic equipment maintenance and water dispenser cleaning
\n Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety regulations
Qualifications: \n
Qualifications
\n
High school diploma or GED required
\n Strong customer service and communication skills
\n Self-motivated and able to work independently
\n Organized and dependable
\n Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
\n Able to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
\n Physically capable of loading/unloading products and frequently entering/exiting a delivery vehicle
\n

Driver Requirements
\n
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
\n Must be 21 years or older (DOT requirement)
\n Eligible to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card
\n No major driving violations within the past 3 years
\n No more than 2 moving violations within the past 3 years
\n
\n
