As Conklin’s Administrative Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and answering calls while performing administrative duties.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, scanning, copying, and distributing documents.
- Greet and assist visitors, provide information, verify identification, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage general office correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed.
- Keep the reception and kitchen area clean, organized, and presentable.
Required Skills:
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain files, and organize workflows efficiently.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in office equipment (phones, printers, fax machines) and software, such as Google Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate data entry, order processing, and record keeping.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and additional duties as operational needs dictate.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with visitors and callers.
- Customer Service: A friendly, welcoming, and helpful demeanor to provide exceptional customer service.
