The New Hampshire Food Bank is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as full-time Donor Relations Specialist. The Donor Relations Specialist will develop and manage a portfolio of existing individual gifts prospects, identify new prospects and ensure as many donors as possible are retained and upgraded in their giving and engagement. They will assist with raising funds aligned with donor’s interests and raising awareness of the New Hampshire Food Bank and its programs.

Duties;
· Help donors accomplish their philanthropic goals and ambitions by establishing and maintaining a relationship with the organization.
· Track and cultivate donors and prospects, including the donor database and wealth screening tools.
· Manage portfolio of donors and prospects by developing, documenting and implementing appropriate identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies for major gift donations
· Create and write effective offers, proposals and asks based on project and organizational information.
· Track and report progress using specified metrics.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience in development/fundraising, major gifts and stewardship (experience as a Major Gifts officer a plus)
· Previous experience with database management (Blackbaud® and Raiser's Edge preferred)
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computers and various software packages, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat/Reader
· Valid driver’s license, vehicle in good working condition with proper safety equipment, proof of insurance, and a clear driving record (travel 25% as required for meeting, events, etc.)
· Ability for some night and weekend work
