Compensation

Earn 70% of every completed cleaning job

Your earnings are directly connected to the cleaning jobs you complete. In addition to your 70% share, you can earn tips and performance bonuses for providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional residential and/or commercial cleaning services
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other assigned spaces
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain surfaces throughout the property
• Follow cleaning instructions and client preferences
• Arrive on time and maintain professional communication with clients
• Provide high-quality service and pay attention to detail
• Treat clients' homes and property with care and respect
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Complete assigned cleaning jobs efficiently and thoroughly
• Report any issues, damages, or special client requests promptly
  

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout a property
• Professional and respectful attitude
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
