NextGen Mortgage is growing, and we're looking for motivated, licensed Mortgage Loan Officers who want more opportunities to produce and grow their business.
We provide access to thousands of inbound mortgage opportunities through Zillow, Realtor.com, and established real estate partnerships, along with the technology, training, and operational support to help you succeed.

What We're Looking For
- Active Mortgage Loan Originator license (NMLS) in MA and/or NH — required.
- Mortgage lending experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Motivated, responsive, and committed to growing production.
- Comfortable working with inbound leads and CRM technology.

Compensation: Commission-based with additional earning opportunities.
