The Institution for Savings, one of the oldest and most successful community banks in the region, is seeking a full-time Loan Servicing Representative to work in our Residential Lending Newburyport Office. Duties include but are not limited to:

<li>Loan Set Up</li>
<li>Payment Processing</li>
<li>Tax &amp; Insurance Processing</li>
<li>Pay0ff/Discharge Processing</li>
<li>Construction Loan Processing</li>
<li>Post-Closing Review</li>
<li>Quality Control</li>
<li>HELOC Renewals/Extensions</li>
<li>Investor Reporting</li>
<li>File Maintenance</li>
<li>Response to customer Calls/Emails</li>
<li>Payment Portal Review</li>
</ul>
This position is full-time with fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, as well as dollar-for-dollar 401(k) match up to 10%; life insurance; disability plan; pension plan after 2 years of service; and generous vacation and paid-time off.
