Job Description
About the Role
\n
simpleroute is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to run outbound prospecting for our Vermont MSP.
\n
\n
This is a hybrid seat based in Colchester. Plan on one to two days a week in the office with the closer and the team. You can work from home the other days. If you want more time in the office, that is fine - we have a room you can dial from.
\n
\n
This is a dialing seat. A full day on the phone - typically around 60 outbound calls - plus email and LinkedIn. You qualify the conversation and book first meetings for our closer. We measure activity, clean handoffs, and appointments that actually happen.
\n
\n
We want someone who will keep a scoreboard and pick up the phone after a no. The point of the seat is more good meetings.
\n
\n
What You’ll Do
\n
- \n
- Run daily outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) from HubSpot and our playbook
- Work the list we give you and any buying-intent signals in HubSpot
- Qualify on fit and timing and set First-Time Appointments our closer attends
- Hand those off cleanly for the second meeting and the close
- Keep HubSpot (and Autotask where needed) accurate
- Hit weekly activity and appointment targets
- Be in Colchester at least 1–2 days per week

Why this seat
\n
You sit next to an experienced closer. You are not expected to run the deal after the first meeting. Small team, new office in Colchester that is actually a place you would want to sit. You will know by week two whether the list and the playbook are working. Vermont company, Vermont clients - the calls are local enough that the conversations are real. Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO are part of the package.
\n
\n
How to Apply
\n
- \n
- Resume plus a short note on the last role where you had a daily outbound number.
