D&R Products, a medical device manufacturing company in Hudson, MA, is looking for dependable Assembly / Machine Operators to join our production team.
This is a hands-on manufacturing position that involves operating production equipment and assembling small components. Experience is helpful but not required — we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload parts into production machines
- Operate and monitor machines during production
- Assemble small parts and components
- Inspect finished parts for quality
- Follow work instructions and established manufacturing procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Work with the production team to meet daily manufacturing goals
Qualifications
- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule
- Comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on work
- Good attention to detail
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and be trained
