What You'll Do
- Deliver auto parts to local customers on assigned routes, making multiple stops throughout the day
- Provide friendly, reliable customer service at every delivery
- Verify orders for accuracy and ensure deliveries are completed on time
- Load and unload parts safely, including batteries, rotors, and other automotive components
- Collect COD payments, document deliveries, and handle returns and cores
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean, organized, and ready for the road
- Assist with store operations, including stocking and organizing parts, when not making deliveries
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- A customer-focused attitude and willingness to help the team
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic technology
- Ability to learn delivery routes, follow directions, and work in a fast-paced environment
Automotive parts experience is helpful, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
The Physical Side of the Job
This is an active, hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying busy throughout the day. Responsibilities include:
- Lifting and carrying parts weighing up to 60 pounds
- Using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move heavier items safely
- Getting in and out of the delivery vehicle frequently
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
- Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Repeatedly handling, loading, and organizing automotive parts
