Overview:
Ting Management Group Corp — owners of Jiang Nan Boston, Nan Xiang Express Chinatown, Friendship BBQ Allston and Tiki Cove — is excited to bring a brand-new concept to the South End: Novo Lantern.
Novo Lantern puts a modern, fresh twist on traditional Asian flavors, and we’re looking for friendly, energetic, and reliable Servers to join our opening team. This position typically averages $25-$40 per hour including base pay and tips.
If you love good food, enjoy taking care of guests, and feel at home in a fast-paced restaurant, you’ll fit right in. The ideal candidate has great people skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for hospitality. This is a chance to work in a vibrant new space, create memorable dining experiences, and grow with us as we launch this new concept.

What You’ll Do:
- Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service
- Take orders, serve food & drinks, and guide guests through our menu
- Maintain a clean, organized dining area
- Work as a team to deliver exceptional hospitality
- Uphold Novo Lantern’s standards and guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prior serving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Ability to multitask in a busy dining room
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Weekend availability is a plus
