Precision Machine Maintenance Specialist (CAD/CAM)

Core Responsibilities
- Preventative maintenance on plant equipment and systems—covering roll changes on Fenn machines and the cleaning/flush of chiller units.
- Daily surface grinding with precision: top/bottom die, side die, and large screw press die grinding.
- Hands-on expertise in welding, engine lathes, and CNC vertical milling machines.
- Apply CAD/CAM knowledge to planning, programming, and milling applications.
- Interpret manuals and work orders to determine tasks, sequence, and parts.
- Perform mechanic duties, including welding and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Diagnose and resolve emergency or unplanned equipment breakdowns.
- Step in to oversee maintenance operations when the Maintenance Supervisor is absent.
- Background with machinery of similar complexity is acceptable.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of maintenance experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Fluent written and verbal English.
- Blueprint/schematic mastery and high-accuracy use of micrometers, tape measures, and calipers.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate when covering for the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and effective under pace and pressure.
- Team-first approach and reliable attendance.
- Preferred: Tool or manufacturing environment experience.
