Job DescriptionOur client is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients get the most from their benefits programs.
This role blends client service, account management, benefits implementation, and technology, giving you the opportunity to be both client-facing and hands-on.
What You'll Do

Manage Employee Benefits accounts, renewals, quotes, and ongoing service

Serve as a key contact for clients and HR teams

Guide benefits implementations and open enrollment

Prepare proposals, quotes, and benefit comparisons

Test enrollments and ensure data accuracy

Troubleshoot benefits platform and workflow issues

Partner with carriers, brokers, and internal teams

Participate in client meetings and renewal strategy
What We're Looking For

3+ years of benefits administration, implementation, or insurance brokerage experience
-
Strong Employee Benefits and ancillary benefits knowledge

Experience with benefits administration platforms

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Understanding of HR, payroll deductions, and benefits compliance

Comfort with Excel and agency management systems
