Manufacturing Engineer
Position Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety in production operations. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with design engineers to ensure manufacturability of new products.
- Provide technical support for assembly and troubleshoot electromechanical systems as needed.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce defects.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an assembly based manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques.
- Experience with electromechanical systems and electrical troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
