I'm partnering with a leading investment organization seeking an Investment Operations professional to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise in investment operations and gain exposure to a broad range of public market instruments and trade lifecycle activities.
What we're looking for:
1–3 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio operations, or fund accounting within asset management, a hedge fund, or a fund administrator.
Hands-on experience with daily cash, position, and pricing reconciliations, including investigating discrepancies and resolving breaks.
Familiarity with month-end reconciliations, NAV reporting, trade settlements, and investment accounting processes.
Strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced Excel proficiency.
A proactive, self-motivated professional who takes ownership, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to expand their investment operations knowledge.
Experience with reconciliation platforms, Bloomberg AIM, custodian or prime broker portals, Power BI, or AI tools is a plus.
