Job DescriptionRear Load DriverUSA Waste and RecyclingUSA Waste and Recycling, IncPosition Summary:Rear Load Drivers are responsible for safely operating a heavy-duty truck to perform assigned duties on commercial and/or residential routes. This position is responsible for efficiently servicing assigned customers while complying with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations and with Company policies.USA Waste & Recycling is offering a sign-on bonus of up to $3000, depending on experience.Why USA Waste & Recycling$3000 sign-on bonusAdditional bonus potential401 (K), Roth, and Profit Sharing/Match PlansCompetitive compensationModern fleet with top technologyNew truck fleet every 5 yearsExcellent benefits packageTraining and development opportunities with a growing, family-owned company.Your Role:Driving safely and efficiently to complete assigned routes accurately and on time.Dump containers manually and/or using a rear lift mechanism.Empty vehicle at disposal siteParticipate in all required Company meetings, including weekly safety meetings.Assist other drivers with routes when directed.Pre and post-trip inspection and reportComplete route paperworkWork all assigned shifts from the scheduled start time to the scheduled end time.Take an active role in the improvement of safety and health in the workplace.Report complaints and concerns from customers to dispatch professionally.Report concerns with the problem professionally to Dispatch.
