Sales & Brand Ambassador (Part-Time with Full-Time Potential)

Territory: Greater Boston & Massachusetts

The Pour: KOVAL Distillery, an internationally acclaimed leader in organic craft spirits, is seeking a dynamic Sales & Brand Ambassador to elevate our presence in the Massachusetts market.

We need a boots-on-the-ground expert who understands the Boston hospitality scene. This role blends sales execution with brand education. You will be responsible for opening new doors, supporting our distributor partners, and engaging consumers to drive pull-through at the retail level.

The Role (On & Off Premise):

  • Market Penetration: Identify "white space" opportunities in Boston’s key neighborhoods. Your goal is to turn "No" into "Yes" on menus and shelves.
  • Liquid-to-Lips Strategy: Execute premium tastings at retail stores and events. Convert samplers into buyers by telling the story of our organic, grain-to-bottle process.
  • Account Support: Visit existing accounts to check stock levels, offer staff education, and implement cocktail features to boost rotation.
  • Admin & CRM: Submit timely recaps of market visits (within 24 hours). We rely on your data to make strategic decisions.
  • Event Activation: Represent KOVAL at festivals, charity events, and trade shows with professionalism and energy.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales or high-end hospitality in the Boston area. You have an existing network or the ability to build one quickly. Alternatively, we are willing to train someone with proven organizational skills, great communication abilities, and a desire to be involved in hospitality.
  • Skills: Strong presentation skills. Great organization and administrative skills.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in Google Suite and comfortable using CRM apps on the go.
  • Logistics: Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the physical ability to carry cases and set up event tables.
  • Availability: 20 hours/week. Must be willing to work "industry hours" (evenings/weekends) for tastings in store to support accounts.
  • Growth: This is a performance-based role with the opportunity to evolve into a Full-Time Sales Representative position.
