Scientist I – Primary Endothelial Cell Assays & Liver Biology

I'm partnering with a growing biotech company seeking a Scientist I to support primary endothelial cell assays and liver biology research.

\n


\n

Requirements

\n

• PhD in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Vascular Biology, Liver Biology, or related field; MS with relevant industry experience considered

\n

• Hands-on experience with primary human endothelial cells

\n

• Experience with endothelial biology, assay development, and troubleshooting

\n

• Experience with liver biology, MASLD/MASH, fibrosis, or related disease areas

\n

• Proficiency with qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, immunostaining, and microscopy

\n


\n

Responsibilities

\n

• Develop, optimize, and execute primary endothelial cell assays

\n

• Support liver biology and target validation studies

\n

• Analyze experimental data and troubleshoot assay performance

\n

• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and communicate results

\n


\n

Preferred

\n

• Liver sinusoidal endothelial cell experience

\n

• Co-culture, permeability assays, flow cytometry, or high-content imaging

\n

• siRNA, CRISPR, ASO, or pharmacologic target perturbation experience

\n
