Join the production line where precision builds great sound. From the moment you step up to your station, you’ll assemble headset sub‑assemblies and other related parts, follow documented processes, and use a variety of tools and equipment to bring electromechanical components to life. Throughout the shift, you’ll verify quality, flag issues early, and keep your workspace shipshape.
What you’ll experience
You’ll work alongside a collaborative production team dedicated to assembling headsets and their sub‑assemblies, as well as various supporting components. You’ll follow required specifications, processes, and procedures to assemble and test parts, then check your work through quality control steps. If something isn’t right, you’ll elevate it to the Production Supervisor and, when appropriate, perform repairs or rework. You’ll wrap up by cleaning and maintaining your tools and work area so the next build starts strong.
Core responsibilities
- Assemble and test electromechanical components using a range of tools/equipment in line with required specifications, processes, and procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks to confirm builds meet standards.
- Escalate assembly issues to the Production Supervisor as needed.
- Perform repair or rework when required to meet quality expectations.
- Clean and maintain the work area and equipment, including tools.
