Currently seeking a Production Assistant Supervisor for a full time – temporary to permanent position in Carver, MA.
Responsibilities of Assistant Supervisor
-Assist with monitoring production floor by completing process control checks and visual inspections
-Train new employees in processes and safety protocols
-Consistently make improvements in processes to optimize operating efficiency
-Identify and troubleshoot quality or safety issues that may arise
-Work Closely with various department supervisors and operators
-Maintain all records, data, and documents
Requirements of Production Assistant Supervisor
-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
-Total working knowledge of plant operations and equipment
-Previous experience in a food manufacturing facility
-Previous experience in a leadership role a plus
-Able to lift 50 lbs
-Strong written and verbal skills
-Good computer skills
Hours: 6:00pm-6:00am 2 day on 2 day off rotating schedule
Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00/hr
